CLUCK CLUCK is a short experimental sound film which tells a story about attention wandering in thought on the underground and wandering making roast chicken. As the film going, the chicken is scrubbed, marinated, cut and finally roasted in the mind. The ”soundscape” in the mind presents the story of the moment, attention wandering. The film was shot in one take on the London DLR, Stratford-Stratford international route, which is my daily route home. The audio footage was recorded from the tube station and making roast chicken at home. In the film, "CLUCK" means the sound of chickens crowing as well as the low thumping of the tube on the tracks.
